Symptoms & Emergency Care
Symptoms, Conditions & Emergency Care
We recommend requesting a doctor visit if your symptoms are making you uncomfortable, getting progressively worse, or interfering with your daily routine. Unsure if you need a visit? Reach out to our support team. While we cannot provide a full medical diagnosis over chat, we can help you determine if your symptoms are a good fit for a housecall consultation. Please note that our housecall service is not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing severe pain, trouble breathing, loss of consciousness or a sudden medical crisis, please seek immediate emergency hospital care. Dial 1669 for national medical emergency hotline for immediate public ambulance and rescue services in Thailand.
We suggest booking a doctor visit when your symptoms are causing discomfort, worsening over time, or affecting your ability to go about your day. Not sure if a visit is right for you? Contact our support team—while we can't diagnose you via chat, we can help assess whether a housecall would be appropriate. Keep in mind that our service is not designed for emergencies. For severe pain, breathing difficulties, loss of consciousness, or sudden medical crises, go to the nearest hospital emergency room immediately or call 1669, Thailand's national emergency hotline.

Our doctors can diagnose and treat most everyday ailments, provide prescriptions, and help you start recovering without you having to leave your bed. If the doctor discovers that your condition requires a higher level of care—such as advanced lab work or imaging—they will help coordinate your transition to a local hospital. We partner with Bangkok Hospital, one of the major international standard hospitals to provide emergency support when needed. If our doctor determines that the patient is in a life-threatening condition, they may recommend an emergency transfer to the hospital. In such cases, a transfer request will be sent through the web app for the patient to review and approve. Please note that any expenses incurred after the housecall visit, including ambulance transportation and hospital treatment, are not included in our service fee and must be settled directly with the hospital.
